What about the menace of terrorism?

Does the Militancy always suit politically and strategically under the specific national policy though secret to any central government of India?

Is it difficult or not in the national interest to disclose the links with the politicians and secret agencies of the militants surviving and free and having no ideology except kept and protected to create terror among common people by routinely false and self managed external threats and at the same time also boasting that terrorism is completely wiped out and no chances ever of revival of the evil?

Is the threat of militancy always maintained to harm and teach a lesson by different cruel means directly and indirectly to the families/person(s) possess their independent thinking and views like me? How long it all has to be kept closed door secret in the modern age, that so called militants always do maintain links with the politicians and secret agencies when there is no communication gap in face of latest monitoring information technology?

I am of the view that the agencies that matter must stop and be forbidden from playing their destructive role to crush the families/person(s) possessing independent thinking and views and the state machinery should always be ready and willing for open dialogue to redress their genuine grievances and the constructive demands instead of applying, adopting and encouraging very destructive approach through their puppets etc like so called militants.www.sikhvicharmanch.com

Take it as a notice that the corruption is a part of system allowed with open knowledge of the government.

The money collected by way of bribe being used for the reception of VVIP’S and also as a source of their earnings illegally.

Any action or statement to check the corruption is purely eyewash and misleading exercise, may be anytime to fix selected officials revengefully.

It is a matter of open knowledge that recently Punjab government thought to raise special Deputy Commissioner’s fund for the reception of VVIP’S and planning not to collect money through Revenue Officials by way of corruption after the special Deputy Commissioner’s fund approved finally and legally for the purpose. Whether the same is approved or not, is not yet announced.

The practice of corruption is open and in the knowledge of the agencies who alleged to be deputed to check the corruption in the revenue department and elsewhere. The every active, earning post and the seat is on sale in the government departments matter.

Is the publicity of checking corruption not a spider net to catch the honest and finish him and at the same time to keep it further going on at the large scale as a great earning source for high ranking politicians and their associates, officers through their brokers and petty revenue officials? Central Budget 2008-09 and Aam aadmi i.e. common man

Central Budget 2008-09: Whoever says that there is nothing in the budget for Aam aadmi i.e. common man and termed the Union Budget as lacklustre must also understand and first try to get himself educated that the Indian Constitution itself is not meant for the welfare of Aam aadmi i.e. common man but the Aam aadmi i.e. common man could always be penalized to keep him unprivileged and mum in every field under the constitution i.e. the spirit of the constitution and that is the only suitable and proper reply in brief to the critics of the budget from the opposition and others who do also appreciate the budget by other way identifying it as election manifesto though they (politicians in opposition) are very much aware and have knowledge that for the reason, India is not yet prosperously known and fully managed country so far among the respected welfare States of the World. www.sikhvicharmanch.com

Indians voters having almost same negative image and impression for all politicians, they may be in any party but that attitude of voters would likely to change with such a remarkable achievement.

The present trend of down fall of congress in the country is likely to be reversed in case UPA succeeds to create public opinion in its favour on the issue after acceptance of implementation of the nuclear agreement and the benefits of N-deal.

Let it be communal clash supported by government machinery directly and indirectly, Kidney, sex racket or any other scandals and crime always high profile politicians, officials etc are reported involved for giving clear cut message that nothing is going to happen and the accused would escape untouched without facing justice. Ultimately, same thing happens. Is the high pitch and very loudly exposed news remains for the purpose of frightening the aggrieved and common people or for the consolation only? Who is more benefited, the aggrieved or high profile politicians, officials etc involved in the crime so far? Then, what is the alternative left to get justice in India? Now, it can also be said this way that GANDHI’S great granddaughter Neelam Parikh last week immersed his ashes into the Arabian Sea. Neelam Parikh has done the right thing as his followers to do open style violence and crime have taken over Parliament and politics for fully highlighting his name in the World. Would the net result be disintegration anytime of India and bloodshed everywhere?

Whoever blaming Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India for the spoiled present set up, is trying to say and the inference could be drawn safely and correctly that Dr. Manmohan Singh is a mask i.e. false face in the prevailing Indian criminal system like BJP leader Vajpayee ji, communist leader Som Nath Chatterjee ji etc.

But rest all behind is totally a criminal network operating in the name of democracy and secularism to project the falsehood of unity and integrity of India.

What is difference between the constitutional terrorism (have backing) and the act of individual terrorism or crime may be petty in India?

To understand the difference, you have to be weak, poor having no backing to claim equality including like serving Military, ex-soldiers of any rank as experienced. How many people in the poorest India have the courage, the resources and enough popular backing to claim equality before law, then alone the state shall not deny it and if there is no claim, the question of denial does not arise (emphasis added) in the constitution of India?

The wording of Article 14 of the Indian Constitution does not envisage a willing and graceful conferment of equal status on all Indian citizens without putting them into the necessity of incurring large expenditure on organisation and litigation.

The onus of claiming equality is placed on shoulders of the people who can take the trouble and afford of going through the ordeal”.

Article 14 as drafted denies any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India or any child born to Indian parents should automatically have equality of status conferred on him or her by the constitution.

It means the constitution itself permits constitutional terrorism against the weak, poor having no backing to claim equality including serving Military personnel, ex-soldiers of any rank and the similar downtrodden categories of Indian society. Is there any remedy to it for justice for the hapless in India?

The way system in action in coordination with each other, is it easy to identify the promoters of criminals in India*?

The Vigilance Bureau proposes the prosecution legal team disposes. Why? Really, no body knows about it. What a strange story of judicial system? As reports coming in, the Vigilance Bureau proposes the prosecution legal team led by District Attorney Mitr Sain Goel (As per my information received, he is frankly confessing it*) disposes to favour the accused in the case.

The way, former Chief Minister of Punjab, Captain Amarinder Singh got reception from the lawyers matter and the silence of the prosecution legal team to favour the accused might be another case of investigation for Vigilance Bureau hereafter in case there is no mutual understanding between the parties.

The prosecution legal team did not argue the case at the preliminary stage itself against the accused on the alleged line arguments were prepared and decided to advance and stress forcibly what to talk of leading the evidence as per prosecution story in this case hereafter.

It shows that deputed mediators for award must have worked hard in advance to the satisfaction of the accused i.e. more than the Vigilance Bureau and prosecution team with or without the knowledge of the investigation team and the government of Punjab.

Is it not a fit case to investigate and for action as to how the politicians, influential and rich are helped and remain out of the purview of judicial system in India?

Where is the fault?

Every body is expressing his feeling that all this exercise finally to prove futile in the eye of law as usual by supporting with the history and fate of such cases in the past despite all pain and time consuming costly but in record time bound alleged to be flawless investigation and the prosecution story against the accused.

Is there any cause of serious apprehension in the minds of common people that law is inoperative in India against the politicians, influential and rich?

I myself being a lawyer here in the field do agree and always experience the cause of injustice and absence of Rule of Law.

Is there any honest who can come forward to say more or anything positively regarding the system?

I am optimistic that days are not far away when the justice shall prevail to the satisfaction of all including poor and the system is definitely likely to change and a new picture has to emerge for justice to all.

The police team alleged to have been beaten or earlier police remained posted here could be partner directly or indirectly any time of the poppy husk smuggler.

The smuggler might be paying low rate monthly presently to police for sheltering as well as bringing him in the business in the past as is normally happening in the country otherwise without backing it is very rare to commit any offence or to do such a business so daringly by any individual.

As to how and what for the smuggler dared to do so or behaved rudely with the police? The poppy husk smuggler must have very old association with the police in the business.

To my mind, the truth is not likely to come out of the World of criminals as the partners have their own code of conduct to follow to continue and remain in the business forever even hereafter.

It is all nothing but a part of State terrorism always to terrorize law abiding citizens in India.

I never had any desire to purchase any car keeping in view the price of cars in the market and competition due to incapability and incapacity of my own buying power, to afford maintenance beside traffic problems, sparing a space at home for it.

For the reasons, I never desired to have any so far, remained comfortable and never felt myself poor till date.

Now, I desire to have TATA nano or deluxe (ac) and start feeling myself poor.

It may be happy news for all and again not for poor.

Anyway, I wish good luck for the adventure and a step forward in the technology.

The system of State terrorism may cause global terrorism

In view of serious allegations and apprehensions of conspiracies of elimination to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and former Chief Ministers and the other leaders and the demand of security same as of Prime Minister even if law is required to be amended for the purpose, under the garb of terrorism are real or such news are get planted, intentionally and deliberately, to project the unsafe and unsecured atmosphere prevailing in India or it is just a notice to terrorize the masses to rule over them without taking responsibility of their safety and security in any manner?

Under the circumstances, what is the fate of citizens of India regarding their safety and security? Is it possible to imagine and answer it globally?

It is not out of context to mention that the States and the Supreme Court do not have faith in the investigation of CBI and for the reason, the government of Punjab to oppose transfer of Virk case to CBI by quoting, “the case of Sohrabuddin Sheikh versus the state of Gujarat. A Division Bench of the Supreme Court in May last had ruled that there was no reason to hand over the case to the CBI and asked an IG-level officer Geeta Johri to investigate it” as reported.

Is the terrorism creation of the States and Central Agencies in India to terrorize the leaders and the masses to terrorize them including Whistle-Blowers? Are the acts of terrorism planned to defame the State governments at the instance of government of India through their agents and the agencies in connivance with the cats, criminals, and puppets?

For example, the way Shingaar blasts at Ludhiana stories are being reported and the investigation is going on is really reminding the strange affairs of the past State terrorism in Punjab practiced and exercised under the National Policy and Strategy.

In nutshell, the State terrorism is a toy to earn by way of “extortion” by different means and the terrorism is within the reach of the agencies. And the stories are propagated systematically by the State and Central Agencies in India with the help of puppets that the so and so involved, arrested, tortured more are likely to be arrested and some are released after unbearable torture and keeping in custody unofficially and again wanted and are likely to be arrested soon etc in the crime?

The further extension of the system of State terrorism may cause global terrorism in a big way to disturb peace permanently and then no system of justice is likely to be effective thereafter.

It is proper to submit that it is time to act not only to watch internationally for all.

Terror- Law and Order Problem! Is the terrorism creation of the States and Central Agencies in India to terrorize the leaders and the masses to terrorize them including Whistle-Blowers? Are the acts of terrorism planned to defame the State governments at the instance of government of India through their agents and the agencies in connivance with the cats, criminals, and puppets? For example, the way Shingaar blasts at Ludhiana stories are being reported and the investigation is going on is really reminding the strange affairs of the past State terrorism in Punjab practiced and exercised under the National Policy and Strategy. In nutshell, the State terrorism is a toy to earn by way of “extortion” by different means and the terrorism is within the reach of the agencies. And the stories are propagated systematically by the State and Central Agencies in India with the help of puppets that the so and so involved, arrested, tortured more are likely to be arrested and some are released after unbearable torture and keeping in custody unofficially and again wanted and are likely to be arrested soon etc in the crime? The further extension of the system of State terrorism may cause global terrorism in a big way to disturb peace permanently and then no system of justice is likely to be effective thereafter. It is proper to submit that it is time to act not only to watch internationally for all.

After danger to life-fear of violence from the politicians including congress-In view of serious allegations and apprehensions of conspiracies of elimination to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati, Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and former Chief Ministers and the other leaders and the demand of security same as of Prime Minister even if law is required to be amended for the purpose, under the garb of terrorism are real or such news are get planted, intentionally and deliberately, to project the unsafe and unsecured atmosphere prevailing in India or it is just a notice to terrorize the masses to rule over them without taking responsibility of their safety and security in any manner? Under the circumstances, what is the fate of citizens of India regarding their safety and security? Is it possible to imagine and answer it globally? It is not out of context to mention that the States and the Supreme Court do not have faith in the investigation of CBI and for the reason, the government of Punjab to oppose transfer of Virk case to CBI by quoting, “the case of Sohrabuddin Sheikh versus the state of Gujarat. A Division Bench of the Supreme Court in May last had ruled that there was no reason to hand over the case to the CBI and asked an IG-level officer Geeta Johri to investigate it” as reported.

To my knowledge and experience till date, the police can bring revolutionary change in law and order situation provided it is honest.

But mostly the police by different illegal means and on the pretext of inquiry, intentionally puts the person(s) according to its choice in fear of injury to the persons, or to any other, and thereby dishonestly induces the persons so put in fear to deliver to any persons any property or valuable security or anything signed or sealed which may be converted into a valuable security, commits always “extortion” and the police itself is a great source of criminals breeding in India especially in Punjab.

The menace is in open knowledge of administrators and the politicians who come up to the stage of honour through the process of touting, informers etc.

Whoever did embezzle the huge property in the process is criminal and the Indian police are bossing all of them and always behave like head of criminals in India.

Recently, during discussion and off the record arguments, I narrated the real story before a Deputy Commissioner that when I was a law student, then it was rightly said during an organized debate that the actual knowledge of law only could be learned by self involvement in a process facing the police atrocity in police stations.

But how and who can afford the process to get ruined his career? In reply to the question was that nothing more than this can be said or advised.

The reference was obvious that the breeding of criminals starts from the Indian police stations and police is no way only a law and order maintaining agency in India.

The perception is not changed in any manner so far.

Militants nabbed for Shingaar blast-The contradictory versions of prosecution stories as being reported in the press time to time since the occurrence of the heinous crime is not only legally convincing and could not be believed finally in the eye of law but it is also not appealing to any prudent mind.

However, no one like me has any locus standi or allowed to interfere and the investigating agencies are free and expert to give shape and manipulate the prosecution story in arbitrarily manner and the poorer and uninfluenced are always fixed at will to cover up and complete the investigation of pending cases by hook and crook under the system.

Whatever is being commented by me is nothing new in the context of this particular case as it is general practice in India to the knowledge of all investigating agencies seriously concerned and Indian courts are also not in dark and exception to it.

To cry for justice at all level is right of everyone and now I as a common man pray for justice in general for all before CM Badal sahib and his family members who are more familiar and experienced with the practice and system especially when CM Badal sahib himself is controlling Punjab and supervising the system.

I am optimistic to get justice and hope for change in the prevailing system when the whole World is watching to see and expect India to become a true welfare democratic mature State of the World.

Former Director CBI Joginder Singh including other prominent and very responsible personalities on various TV channels undoubtedly and openly stated that the investigating agency CBI, commissions and other agencies concerned exceptionally and very badly handled the investigation of Sikhs genocide November 1984 in Delhi and elsewhere in the country till date and miserably failed to bring the culprits to face justice.

It is nothing but total failure of system and any political party and hired criminals could do the same any time in the country.

In view of the report before the court on September 29, 2007 by CBI claiming that one Jasbir Singh had allegedly heard Tytler inciting a mob to kill Sikhs after the assassination of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi but his whereabouts could not be located” what else would be expected from the investigating agencies for justice in India.

Former Union Minister Jagdish Tytler is repeating the only defence in his case and for the other killers that when there was curfew all over in Delhi as how the killings took place and there is no reason of being present of Jasbir Singh on the scene to see and hearing him (Jagdish Tytler) inciting a mob to kill Sikhs after the assassination of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Is he trying to say that the genocide of about 3000 Sikhs alone in Delhi during that period a false, fabricated and baseless story?

Did he condemn the killings during those days? Or did he remain busy to supervise the killings and inciting the mob with the help of Delhi police under special instructions to do and finish the task on time?

There is tons of evidence out there. If the govt can really provide immunity to their own forces, this can be wrapped up real quick.

What I mean is, if Govt can come with a plan to forgive all those who come forward with the evidence or as evidence, may it be murderers or witnesses, we can get to the bottom of it real quick. Although insiders have confirmed that Govt exactly knows how it happened, but is afraid to pin point the charge.

Sajjan and Tytler and others are just small actors and this saffron "Tilak" on their forehead is protecting them. Do you know what I mean?

We are interested in letting people know the truth, and prevention of this nonsense behavior, again if that can be stooped. Chances are less, because this animal instinct is getting more and more powerful in "Kalyuga"

The other alternative is to "stay the course" and do your home work: never get deviated from path of kindness and compassion. And Let them go to hell.

The politics of pressure tactics for manipulation of press by the politicians is hidden motive in taking up the issue of "leakage" of the CBI report with the Centre.

During the turmoil in Punjab and till date, the stories on basis of cases registered by the police and reported by the other agencies against Sikhs are being published, intentionally and deliberately, with the idea to defame the whole community as terrorists.

To put into practice is normal and nobody objected the stories published so based on registered cases or otherwise reported by the investigating agencies only.

After the registration of case, the prosecution story is deemed to be a public document and anyone can obtain its certified or uncertified copy or otherwise as it is the practice unless specifically it is barred under the law.

In no way, the publication of story is ever considered defamation or "case of selective leakage" and "the matter is also not sub-judice” for the purpose in the eye of law.

Now West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee is likely to take up the leakage of case with the Centre of the CBI report into the March 14, 2007 Nandigram violence and in connection with the case of CPM leaders raped mother and daughters in Nandigram.

It seems to be only a political stunt and pressurizing tactics otherwise nothing unusual happened against the prevailing practice in India.

The police strategy (inhuman 'National Policy and Strategy') against terrorists gave the latter four options. Is it a bargaining game, exercise with the centre that sent the alleged criminals under the national policy as former DGP KPS GILL explained only to terrorize Sikhs from outside or for the other reasons?

National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) deserves appreciation for taking serious notice with the remarks, "Nandigram and Godhra were severe assault on the face of the democracy. They were the worst scars on the face of nations. It is shameless to see that human rights were violated in such a way."

The meaningful assurance is given for adequate action and commitment to protect the rights of the people, who were victims of "opportunist" politics in both the states.

The bureaucracy, police in general and the ruling party never accepted judicial verdicts as correct or respected whenever question their unlawful authority or arbitrary discretion being unconstitutional in India.

Like the judiciary, NHRC does not act in such cases independently and impartially except to prefer mum due to the allergic attitude of those who matter to implement or act upon according to the verdicts, findings and for the reasons of other considerations.

Such remarks are taken only as verbal consolation like similar judgments ignored silently and remained on papers without any implementation or judiciary refused to act at all in order to provide justice to helpless aggrieved.

Though it is painful to see the way National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) ignored to mention in its remarks the Sikhs genocide 1984 in India what to talk of punishment to the culprits. The writings published on website: www.sikhvicharmanch.com depict true picture prevailing in India.

For the reasons, it is rightly being said that NHRC is not working independently but under the directives of the respective ruling party within National policy i.e. not to encourage human rights in this backward country except to use rod of State repression by different mean and cruel means as being experienced daily.

Hence the judiciary does not prefer to act in such cases independently and impartially except to remain mum due to the allergic attitude of those who matter to implement the verdicts and for the reasons of other considerations.

It is wrong to single out any particular party on this account but here only difference is that the CPM dubbed the Calcutta High Court order declaring the March 14 police firing in Nandigram ‘wholly unconstitutional’, as ‘interference in the state and Centre's jurisdiction’ openly without maintaining silence against the practice in India.

We can find number of similar judgments ignored silently and remained on papers without any implementation or judiciary refused to act at all in order to provide justice to helpless aggrieved.

For the reasons, it is rightly being said that the judges are working under the very tight position and unable to hear or entertain such cases for justice except verbal consolation.

Dr. Manmohan Singh, Prime Minister of India rightly said that propaganda against N-deal is totally false.

Let us view the N-deal in the present context when US is in the capacity to provide umbrella from the external threat and question of aggression does not arise in the given circumstances.

But on the other, India and Pakistan like countries might be in position with their know-how and capability for mass destruction only in the suicidal capacity.

For such countries, US do possess sanction/force to rightly use and direct convincingly to avoid it and follow the right path in the larger interest and for welfare of humanity. Here stress is given more on sanction/force knowingly to attach importance to US presently as a legal entity to enforce and proceed with the N-deal.

Whenever, India shall be possessing such or better capability to do and think about the welfare of humanity, she would be free to revoke any deal and automatically come herself into that position.

India like countries should not be allowed to do anything against humanitarian cause in the name of the sovereignty, unity and integrity and independent foreign policy to the disadvantage of downtrodden in any manner violating Rule of Law as being happening here till date even after independence of India.

I submit again for all. Who said at whose instance, it does not matter! It is good that the beneficial N-deal is likely to be accepted without any further delay as the CPI indicated and the members and countrymen seem to be saved from facing mid-term election. It is to be said as a very progressive and humanly taken step forward. India can’t always afford war like situation alone in face of main issues of neglected prosperity i.e. in the field of education; health includes pure water, sanitation, employment, environment, peace and justice.

Political Sikh Congregation ETC-a Spider net in the Name of Religious Tenets- Be CAUTIOUS!!!

LUDHIANA, November 11, 2007- The Sikh youth are being appealed to remain cautious from the Spider net in the name of religious tenets-Political Sikh Congregation. The congregation is likely to be held on November 30, 2007 at Gurdwara Manji Sahib (Alamgir) to be headed by mixed union of puppets-cats in order to get you listed for sacrifice like way of elimination, liquidation and disappearance or by any other means in a secret deal for their own political bargaining and greed as is the past history of the selfish joined hands for the purpose. They are very likely to mislead Sikhs including other Panjabis again.

The Sikh Vichar Manch prefers to suggest and advise always for participation in such Political Sikh Congregations etc but very cautiously as the organizers past is totally suspect and they are slaves of circumstances. The Sikh youth should not do and decide anything at the instance of the puppets-cats. The honest and sincere are likely to be misused and exploited keeping them in the fore-front of the so-called Sikh congregation etc anytime by the hidden anti-Panthic forces.

The conferences, seminars etc arranged by the mixed union of puppets-cats must be always a matter of concern for all Sikhs including other Panjabis within and outside India.

The undersigned thought fit to share his past experience from the forum of Sikh Vichar Manch through this approach of caution otherwise there is no question of underestimating the present new generation in the field in any manner for taking their own independent and just decisions keeping in view the international norms and values.

Pakistan lawyers show extra-ordinary courage in the given circumstances-Congratulations

The Advocates along with judiciary as a class is always remained in the forefront to raise voice fight against and face the atrocities committed by the State in any freedom struggle in the World. Pakistan Judges and lawyers did show extra-ordinary and appreciable courage in the given circumstances.

They deserve to be congratulated for the courage shown as only their courageous action prompted US and other true democratic countries including UK to compel and pressurize Pakistan President Pervez Musharraf to hold early election in mid February, 2008, let off his military uniform and release the prisoners including the judges and lawyers immediately.

Whereas on the other hand, it seems that the lawyers silenced permanently to agitate and raise the voice politically for the constitutional rights of people totally ignoring miserably sufferers by all means in India. In Punjab, some of the political activists are specially silenced and instructed to act as puppets since long for the reasons best known to them. Though presently, they do give press statements at the instance of State machinery or for their own reasons to remain in limelight. It is only to be called a human tragedy of immature democracy mostly under the corrupt rulers in India.

Pakistan and India do possess the apparatus of terrorism under different heads to suppress their own people, to make use of it against each other and outside without any check, intentionally and deliberately, to keep on diverting the attention of the people from main issues of neglected prosperity i.e. in the field of education, health includes pure water, sanitation, employment, environment, peace and justice as already brought into notice of

all concerned by the Sikh Vichar Manch.

The Sikh Vichar Manch feels the whole World is watching the reasons of the atrocities against own people by such States who are fully responsible for the tension in the region which has become a matter of the World concern to take a notice of it.

The World has come to the present stage where question of getting justice is irrelevant without the intervention of US even at ground level anywhere, what to talk of ‘Rule of Law’ in any immature democracy in face of might is right everywhere? Who says India is exception to it? The majority of people are dying of hunger and without any constitutional rights. In fact, the situation here is worst than dictatorship? Pakistan and India do possess the weapon of terrorism under different heads to suppress their own people and to make use of it against each other without any check, intentionally and deliberately, to keep on diverting the attention of the people from main issues of neglected prosperity i.e. in the field of education, health includes pure water, sanitation, employment, environment, peace and justice. The injustice is in action in the name of safeguarding the unity and integrity of India under a centralized command of oppression in a planned manner. Is it to remain an untold story even in 21st century? N-deal is also being tactically rejected on some pretext or the other that the sovereignty of country shall be undermined if the deal acted upon. Would US intervene to suggest ways, any remedy to eradicate poverty and to enable the people of India to enjoy their constitutional rights in a true democratic State? Isn’t a sufficient cry for justice?

It is rightly being presumed that the democratic set up of any kind of small nations like Pakistan can not face strong military power and interference of like India’s hostility. Thus the cause of tension in the region is shortcomings in perfection of Indian democracy and imperfection of dictatorship in Pakistan. Both countries are required to adopt the model and the path of true democracies on the Western pattern, rectifying the shortcomings in perfection of democracy and imperfection of dictatorship respectively. In present scenario and in the systems, only rulers and their associates are benefited whereas people of both countries are worst sufferers by all means. Under the circumstances, the presence of US as a strong mediator force between Pakistan and India is must to share greater responsibility helping in the rectification.
