Manch condemns resolution

Sikh Vichar Manch condemns the resolution passed by the Punjab Vidhan Sabha

 As to why, "The Supreme Court has not noticed this situation since long?" 

The RESOLUTION PASSED by the Punjab Vidhan Sabha that, " Desh Droh' telecast by Zee TV, that peace in the state would not be allowed to be disturbed by the nefarious designs of the forces inimical to peace" amounts to suppressing the just demands of Punjab especially Sikhs forever in a planned manner with active connivance of Congress, Akalis and so-called seditious panthic organisations. It is all an enacted drama by the Indian agencies through Zee TV who is known as a voice of Akali Dal (Badal). 

SIKH VICHAR MANCH condemns the resolution, the way Sikhs are being defamed and terror being designed for silencing the voice of Sikhs forever, arose on account of their political demands and the resolution is intending to reject the same. 

"For example as reported in the press about "Khalistan ideologue" Jagjit Singh Chohan: No one (Journalists) really cares to attend Jagjit Singh Chohan's media briefing and journalists recall that in one such conference in Chandigarh, Chohan was not even aware of the identity of two persons who were accompanying to address the media. ……….…………

The fact is that since 1992, the state has provided non-violent Khalistani elements a certain space to function. Issuing Khalistani pamphlets, organizing seminars are generally ignored unless the issue takes a violent turn. 

It is generally known that many of these so-called seditious panthic organisations are routinely used by the police to issue statements….. The stage-managed drama is being played and always enacted between the so-called seditious panthic organisations and Indian agencies from within and abroad during election year or at time of events of great importance particularly for Sikhs. 

 The befooling game is going in order to ruin, weaken, eliminate minority community i.e. Sikhs for the encouragement of the majority community by the corrupt Indian rulers and their stooges for their vested interests since 1978 to till date without any intervention of the JUDICIARY who is clearly happened to be party to all this drama and it is continuing so.

The questions are being rightly asked as to why, "The Supreme Court has not noticed this crystal case /situation since long?  

What about Rewards and Medals awarded to such scoundrels in respect of false encounters?  

Who had issued DEATH Certificates?  

Why Indian President, Prime Minister and Home Minister are also dead silent? 

Why SGPC does not refer to High Commissioner for Human Rights, Amnesty International, Internation Court of Justice? 

Has any socalled Jathedaar or sant-baba/taksaali/sant samaji raised their voice against such fake killings and their re-birth not from mother's womb?? 

What practical initiatives have been taken in this regard? 

It appears (Now it is open) that all the wings of Indian administration including its brahminical judiciary is corrupt as otherwise by now JF Ribeiro, KPS Gill, SS Virk together with Barnala, Badal, Amarinder and their cronies could have been in jail in place of Sikh Youth, who have been rotting in the Hindu jails for the last 20 years?" SIKH VICHAR MANCH hopes that better sense shall prevail when International forums as well as Indian judiciary start to look into the problem in the above context for providing the justice to Sikhs by undoing the injustice done so far by and through the corrupt Indian system.  

To achieve this end, it is further requested that the welfare States of the World must pressurize India to do justice with Sikhs and bring an end to the fraud being played in order to finish Sikhs i.e. minority community and for the encouragement of majority community under the garb of terror which, in fact, is State terrorism in the name of so-called seditious panthic organisations.

The persons known as "Cats" are not so bad but they had faced inhuman torture & maltreatment and finally surrendered after becoming slave of circumstances. It is happy and encouraging news for now declared "Cats" that in the present circumstances every body is 'Cat and even Rat' including the corrupt and dishonest politicians, bureaucrats and police officials, they may be from any cadre in India.

They earned unaccounted wealth beyond their known resources under the garb of terrorism etc as they are basically corrupt and dishonest. Hence to defend their corruption and divert attention, creating first terror like situation again and again and then barking against it has become part of their profession. Without it, they feel jobless and the chances of their becoming target under corruption charges are always more. 

The situation is always the creation of corrupt and dishonest politicians and their stooges and at their instance or independently by Indian agencies, touts, informers and cats through their direct & indirect penetration and they perpetuate excesses against one and another under a specific strategy of divide and rule ignoring the demands and welfare of downtrodden masses.

Has the Supreme Court or Judicial System of India any answer to it when Chief Justice of India (CJI) Y.K Sabharwal acknowledged that the criminal justice system was on the verge of "collapse?"  

If answer is no then all must approach the International forums and welfare States of the World who must pressurize India to do justice with Sikhs and bring an end to the fraud being played in order to finish the minority communities for the contentment of majority community for the obvious reasons.
