ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਉਭਾਰੇ ਆਗੂ ਨਿਕੰਮੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਗੋਂ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨਦੇਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ

ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਟੋਲੇ ਖ਼ਾਸ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਵਰਤਣ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸ਼ਣਬਾਜ਼ੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਏ ਤੇ ਰੱਟਾਏ ਤੋਤੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ।  ਇਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਅਜਿਹੀ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ, ਖ਼ਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਰਾਹੇ ਪਾ ਕੇ ਉਜਾੜਨ, ਦੁਖੀ ਕਰਨ, ਢੁਕਵੀ ਦਿਖ ਵਾਲੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਇਸ਼ਾਰੇ ‘ਤੇ ਤਾਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।  

ਇਹ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਵੀ ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ `ਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ (ਭਾਰਤੀ ੲਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁ-ਗਿਣਤੀ ਦੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗਰੋਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ) ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨਦੇਹੀ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ, ਝੂਠੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਵਾਰਥਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਈ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਾਫ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। 

ਇਹ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀਆਂ ‘ਚੋਂ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ, ਟੋਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਲੋਕਾਂ ‘ਚ ਸ਼ਾਖ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਅਲੱਗ-ਅਲੱਗ ਢੰਗਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰਿਆਂ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।  

ਮਿਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ `ਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਟਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਧਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਤ-ਪਾਤ ਦੇ ਹੱਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਕਰੋ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਦੂਸਰੇ ਟੋਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਟਾਇਆ ਤੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਇਆ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਧਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਤ-ਪਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਨਿੰਦ ਕੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਕਰੋ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਉਭਾਰੋ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਜੋ ਅਸਲ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਤੰਤਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਆੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਜ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਆ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।  

ਇਹ ਆਗੂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ `ਤੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਕਰਵਾ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਜਾਮਾ ਪਹਿਨਾ ਕੇ ਵਾਹ-ਵਾਹ ਖੱਟਦੇ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਰਲ ਕੇ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਬਾਹਰ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕਰੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ।  

ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਿਸਾਲ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਜੋੜਮੇਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ, ਟੋਲਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕੀਤੀ ਦੂਸ਼ਣਬਾਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਪਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਭਰੀ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਵਲੀ ਤੋਂ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕੱਲ੍ਹ 27 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2010 ਨੂੰ ਛੋਟੇ ਸਾਹਿਬਜ਼ਾਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਗਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜੋੜ ਮੇਲੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਹੋ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਰਾਜਨੀਤਕ ਕਾਨਫਰੰਸਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਭਾਵੇਂ ਇਸ ਵਾਰੀਂ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਏਜੰਸੀਆਂ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹਿ ਕੇ ਰਾਜਨੀਤੀ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਦਾਇਤ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।  

ਕੀ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਪੱਧਰ `ਤੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਪਹਿਨਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਜਾਮਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਵਾਦ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਹੁਣ 21ਵੀਂ ਸਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਹੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲ ਸਕਦਾ? ਇਹ ਸਵਾਲ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਪਸੰਦ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੁਣ ਜਰੂਰ ਸਤਾਉਂਦਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

Points at glance

The WikiLeaks report on widespread torture employed by the Indian army and paramilitary forces in Kashmir may have come as a surprise to some people for it raises serious questions about the institutional integrity of the ‘largest democracy in the world’.

The Director General of Kashmir Police, SM Sahai, inadvertently accepted the presence of secret torture centres to which the ICRC has never given access to

Omar Abdullah, Chief Minister of Kashmir brushed aside any need for an inquiry stating that the torture happened when he was not in power.

The youngest victim of the police brutality was Sameer Ahmed Rah, a 9-year old resident of Batamaloo in Srinagar. He was beaten to death by the Indian paramilitary Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF).

If the Indian response to the WikiLeaks allegations demonstrates anything, it is this: The Indian state is not prepared to afford any respect to human life and dignity in Kashmir.

Despite several promises to uphold Kashmiri right to life and dignity by the highest Indian authorities including many Indian Prime Ministers in the past and the incumbent Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Kashmiris live under siege – threatened, humiliated and murdered on almost daily.

At a great risk to its staff, ICRC worked tirelessly collecting data about more than 300 secret torture centres based inside the Indian Army and paramilitary camps. Despite several requests, majority of them remained out of bounds for the ICRC personnel.

Without any international support, the WikiLeaks story about torture will make it harder for the ICRC to work in Kashmir, as India is likely to increase its pressure on the ICRC and its personnel. If the world conscience cannot be bothered to come to the rescue of Kashmiri victims, the least it can do is to support the ICRC.

ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ, 23 ਦਸੰਬਰ 2010: ਕਿਸੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਨਿਭਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਆਪਰੇਟਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਬੰਬ ਕਾਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੇਸ਼ੀ ਭੁਗਤਣ ਆਏ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਾਲ ਅੱਜ ਨਵੀਂ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਕਚਹਿਰੀ ਲੁਧਿਆਣਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਅਚਾਨਕ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਮੁਲਾਕਾਤ ਹੋਈ। 

ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ, ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਦੋਸ਼ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਕੀ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ ਕਿ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਬੰਬ ਕਾਂਡ 14 ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2007 ਨੂੰ ਈਦ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਵਾਪਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਨੇਮੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਹਾਰੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਲੱਗੀ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਬਿਹਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਹੀ ਈਦ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਦੇਖਣ ਆਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਬੰਬ ਕਾਂਡ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਮਾਰੇ ਗਏ ਸਨ ?” 

ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ, “ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਾਂਡ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗਰੋਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਕਾਂਡਾਂ ਸਾਲ 2007 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਏ ਪਾਣੀਪਤ, ਅਜਮੇਰ, ਕਾਨ੍ਹਪੁਰ, ਮਾਲੇਗਾਓ ਆਦਿ ਦੀ ਲੜ੍ਹੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਹੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਸੱਚ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਦੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਣ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਭਰੇ ਮਨ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਲਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਉਂਦੇ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੱਚੀ! ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਈ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਕਾਂਡ ਵੀ ਹਿੰਦੂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗਰੋਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੁਸਲਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਨ ਦਾ ਹੀ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਕੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਅੱਤਵਾਦੀ ਗਰੋਹਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਕਾਂਡਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਜੋੜ ਕੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖਿਆ?”  

ਇਹ ਦੱਸਣ ਵੇਲੇ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਉਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਦਿਖਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੈਰਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਹਿ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਹੀਂ! ਜੋ ਇਸ ਸੱਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ ਤੌਰ `ਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਲਿਆ ਸਕੇ। ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਇਨਸਾਫ ਮਿਲਣ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਹੀ ਟੁੱਟਦੀ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆ ਰਹੀ ਸੀ। 

ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੇਸ਼ੇ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਉਸ `ਤੇ ਇਹ ਸਵਾਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਲੁਕਿਆ ਕਿਉਂ ਰਿਹਾ? ਜਿਵੇਂ ਇਸ ਸਵਾਲ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਦੁਖਦੀ ਰਗ  `ਤੇ ਹੱਥ ਰੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਤੇ ਇੱਕੋ ਹੀ ਸਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਹਿ ਗਿਆ, “ਕਿ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਦੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੇ ਕਰੰਟ ਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਚੱਢੇ ਖੋਲ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਤੇ ਬੁਰੀ ਤਰਾਂ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਢਾਹਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਜੋ ਜੋ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਅਸੀਂ ਕਬੂਲਣ ਨੂੰ ਕਹਾਂਗੇ ਮੰਨਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਜਾਨੋ ਮਾਰ ਮੁਕਾਵਾਂਗੇ, ਫਿਰ ਮੈਂ ਮੌਕਾ ਮਿਲਣ `ਤੇ ਲੁਕਣਾ ਹੀ ਅੱਛਾ ਸਮਝਿਆ। ਉਸੇ ਡਰ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਮ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੈਂ ਦੂਸਰੀ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਛੱਤ ਤੋਂ ਛਾਲ ਮਾਰੀ ਸੀ ਪਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੇਠੋਂ ਹੀ ਦਬੋਚ ਲਿਆ ਸੀ ਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੱਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਣ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸੀ। 

ਫਿਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫਤਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਖੰਨੇ ਥਾਣੇ ਲਿਜਾ ਕੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਪੁਰੀ ਨੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਗਿੱਟੇ `ਤੇ ਸੱਟਾਂ ਮਾਰ-ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਚਕਨਾ ਚੂਰ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਗਿੱਟੇ ਅਤੇ ਗਿੱਟੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਗਦੇ ਲੱਤ ਦੇ ਹੇਠਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਤੱਕ ਪਈਆਂ ਲੋਹੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਲੇਟਾਂ ਦਿਖਾਈਆਂ। ਜਖਮ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਲੰਗੜਾ ਕੇ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਨਾਲ ਚਲ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ। ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਲੈ ਕੇ 65 ਦਿਨ ਅਲੱਗ ਅਲੱਗ ਥਾਣਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਗੈਰ-ਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦੀ ਦਾਸਤਾਨ ਵੀ ਸੁਣਾਈ।  

ਇਹ ਆਮ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਕੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਜੜੇ, ਦੁਖੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਧਾਰੀ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਢੁਕਦੇ ਦੇਖ ਕੇ, ਚੋਣ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੌਕਾ ਪੈਣ `ਤੇ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਹੋ ਰਹੇ ਅੱਤਵਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਣ ਲਈ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਿੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੇ ਸਾਥੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ ਸਾਫ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ। 

ਪੇਸ਼ੀ `ਤੇ ਹਰਮਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆਏ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਵਕੀਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਅੱਛਾ ਵਰਤਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਹਿਰਾਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਆਮ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਦਹਿਸ਼ਤ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਤੀਰੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਹਾਣੀਆਂ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਰੁਚੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ।

Punjab’s IPS officer-turned-pro-Khalistan politician Simranjit Singh Mann charged with sedition 50+ times, never convicted.  

The Indian State and the central agencies conveniently eliminated the Sikh youths, shown disappeared, tortured, ruined, humiliated and insulted beyond any imagination till date, always under the garb, with the excuse and the consolation for Sikhs that their leader(s) was and were also kept in jails.  

Earlier that was the role of traditional Akalis and now more participants or individuals are in field, being used or misused so by keeping them in jails so at the instance of the central agencies.  

Mann was in jails like the traditional Akalis in the past - arguably holds the record for having been booked and arrested the highest number of times for the same offence, charged with sedition 50+ times.
