Subject:       Request to prepare the report regarding the self inflicted terrorist’s acts by the governments against their own people especially by the Indian agencies within and abroad as a step to end violence and injustice.

Points at glance:

  1. In fact, in face of the false and baseless prosecution story, the accused can not be held guilty and convicted and the group of government officials and community leaders must stress for reinvestigation and thorough inquiry of the case to establish the hand of Indian government agencies active within and abroad. The reinvestigation and inquiry in the case shall prove a step forward to detect the reasons behind the domestic and international terrorist incidents.
  1. As to how then the Indian agencies involved the alleged accused ‘Dilawar and Balwant’ when they are not and were never members of ‘Babbar Khalsa’ so-called outfit of ‘Khalistanis’ without any ideology and came into existence actively at the instance of Indian central agencies to oppose ‘Sant Bhindranwala’ when he tried to go out of control of Indian government before 1984?
  1. Thus Balwant Singh’s Confession and Prosecution Story is Contradictory-Completely thrashing out the Prosecution Story and in that case the Judgment is nothing in eye of law. As being pleaded and emphasized by the interested parties including Indian agencies, CBI etc that the confession of Balwant Singh must be believed and he be hanged as Sikhs martyr and then in that case the whole prosecution story is to be accepted as concocted, false and baseless. All other accused should have been acquitted immediately.
  1. I have personal knowledge that Indian agencies, CBI etc are happy to see on record the confession of Balwant Singh in this case. But I failed to understand as to why like “Dal Khalsa alliance” etc is following in similar manner the way agencies behave and desire so in this case?
  1. After ‘Sant Bhindranwala’ the persons like Sardar Simranjit Singh Mann, Daljit Singh Bittu & their close associates and similar other wings of Indian agencies are in field and active to the disadvantage of Sikhs to do the assigned task within and outside.
  1. JAGTAR SINGH HAWARA is not and never was a HUMAN BOMB.
  1. BALWANT SINGH awarded death sentence along with JAGTAR SINGH HAWARA is now like a useless and spent force for the agencies and nobody is likely to file an appeal for him or on his behalf on the grounds suggested by the SIKH VICHAR MANCH.

It must be a matter of concern for all genuine Sikhs who must agree and stress that the due process of law must prevail in this case and Sikhs should adopt and follow all means before seeing Balwant Singh as a martyr and no wrong and illegal precedent should follow ever in such cases.

No one should enjoy the martyrdom of somebody’s son for own reasons, may be selfish or otherwise as the case might be even hereafter.

All concerned are also requested again to positively weigh and not to hastily ignore the suggestion of the Sikh Vichar Manch and Balwant Singh must also go in appeal as repeatedly requested.

It is further requested to the group of government officials and community leaders from Muslim, Arab, South Asian and Sikh communities to prepare   the report regarding the self inflicted terrorists acts by the governments against their own people especially by the Indian agencies within and abroad to end violence and injustice.

Balwant Singh must go in appeal-Sikh Vichar Manch is of the opinion
(Beant Singh Murder Case)

The supporters and well-wishers of Balwant Singh as Sikh nationalists wherever they are must agree and press Balwant Singh to file appeal separately explaining the circumstances under which he confessed and the atrocities of Indian government, authorities and agencies created the circumstances of confession from him.

“Khalistan as a slogan only” is initially the creation of Indian agencies and the agencies are still maintaining the same ‘status quo’ to project them (Sikhs) as separatists in order to crush and eliminate them for all the times to come even hereafter. Be cautious.

The Sikh Vichar Manch does express its opinion regarding the circumstances based on logic and practical experience in two poems recently in this case and other writings published/ displayed on the web and log on at:

Hope for the positive response and must show and express as an honour to represent yourself before law for justice even though it is being manipulated by the investigating agencies and others for greed, under pressure & influence and due to the reasons of inefficiency in a corrupt and spoiled system like India.

All concerned are requested to positively weigh and not to hastily ignore the suggestion of the Sikh Vichar Manch-Thanks
